Stalling after rain?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has seen similar issues. I've had a few problems now and have seen a pattern only after it rains. The car will start fine and will sit idling okay but when then moving off, clutch in and throttle, it will sometimes start to stutter. If it doesn't stall here, it will drive okay but then I live at the bottom of the hill with a stop at the top. It will make it to the top but when you break to come to a stop it'll stutter and completely cut out. Sometimes it will restart immediately, other times I've had to roll it home and wait a while.

As I say, it only seems to happen after its rained, don't see this issue at any other time.

Should I repot?

Hi all, my snake plant has sprouted pups for the first time. As a new snake plant owner I'm not sure do I leave them to grow with the taller ones or repot them for some more space?

Any cleaning advice?

Left the car out in the rain now there's thousands of small water stains all over. Tried jetwashing with car cleaner, glass cleaners, polish on bodywork but they won't shift at all. All over the glass too makes it really distracting to see out of but I can't find anything to get them off. They'll come off eventually if you keep scratching your nail over but I don’t want to be doing that incase I scratch the paint, also it'll take hours to do the full car.

(It's hard to get them to show in pictures but very obvious irl.)
