In re9 it was said spencer at the end of his life regretted what he did, but the way he talks before dying, still sounds arrogant and evil. Does it mean that the papers about spencer in re9 werent really true?

if i am not wrong then having a solid chin means you are basically taking more damage to the brain which would suck in late 30s or 40s but at the same point no one would wanna get ko'd brutally
