Is my form good? Am I supposed to keep my knees bent? I increased the weight from 120 to 240 pounds over the last month and nothing really happened. Any other muscle group would be dying 😅

My cat’s biceps: her routine consists of sleeping 18h per day and zoomies at 5am. Only protein. No gym. I work out 4x/week with no results 🤷🏻‍♀️
