I got this email from itcustoms.import@dhl.com. They also attached my “Waybill doc” and commercial invoice. On the website it also says that I need to contact DHL because they can’t contact me, but they previously sent me emails and whatsapp texts regarding my package? I tried to contact the customer support but the bot is no use and the customer support is closed on weekend. Yesterday I already filled my details and got a confirmation email, so I don’t understand what this is. The formatting of the email looks like a scam.

Unfortunately, I’m having a problem with my biggest nightmare: Poste Italiane.

I'm waiting for a package from Japan. It's collectible cards from Meccha-Japan. The tracking app shows it arrived in Milan Roserio CSI, but the documents are missing.

I have no idea what to do. Will I receive any communication about the documents? Or do I need to contact someone? I don't know who to reach out to, and I'm a foreign student who doesn't speak Italian.

I sent an email to the seller, but I don’t know if there’s a deadline to resolve the issue. Can anyone help me with what am I supposed to do?
