Market Opinion based on old appraisal
Hello,
Looking to possibly sell a property and wanted to know the current market price on it. I have a 2021 appraisal for the property and wondering if I ask any realtor for their opinion, would they provide it or do I have to go through the hoops of setting up interviews?
I just want to get an idea of market price before proceeding with ordering a new appraisal and selling.
