Hot & Sweating? 🥵
Tomorrow marks my 4th week! I’m exactly 20 lbs down and I feel great ! I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, besides puking once from taking some vitamins before I had eaten. Other than that, I’d say I’m responding very well to the medication.
I’ve read a lot of people mention always being chilly since being on Tirz. But I was wondering if anyone noticed that they’re feeling hotter? And if so, have you experienced excess sweating? I know the weathers warming up but this is outside from the temperature. I find myself damp and having to wipe my sweat often. My activities aren’t over the top or very “active”. Simple things, like washing the dishes with the warm/hotter water(the heat from that will get my neck and forehead sweaty), vacuuming, laundry, bending over to constantly clean up after kids lol etc. then I find myself having to carry napkins to pat and dry myself. I never used to sweat like this. I’m fine while resting or relaxing but even this light activity, where I start moving around, my chest neck, neck upper lip, and forehead(I have no idea why I’m listing which parts of me 😂) all look like I ran threw a spritz of water lol. I even had to switch deodorants from my regular spray deodorant that I’ve used for years, to the Secret “clinical” stick, because Id sweat right through my normal spray deodorant lol. If I wore a zip up or anything light that touched the armpits (even for 10 minutes) and I got hot while wearing it, it needed to go into the dirty as if I worked out it. 😂🫣 I’ve never been a stinky sweater or a sweaty person like this? Am I the only one?
Also, if anyone else is struggling with sweat, definitely get this! Your armpits will thank you. I was able to try it out in the trial size, from online at Walmart, before spending $14 on the regular one. 🤗
