I love VLSI technology as a thing and it has a good future if, but it's a new branch, though I don't have problem in EEE either, nsut is around 30 mins and DTU is around 1:15 hours, but I want a chill attendance and a vibrant college life, and fee waiver scholarships (ews+annual income 1.5LPA), which one to choose?

I'm a dropper, pichle saal i didnt have an EWS form toh mene JAC ki counselling as a general candidate bhari thi last year, toh iss year mene jee toh as a general candidate diya but I've a valid ews issued after 1st April 2026,toh kya cat change kar paaunga yaa fir wo automatically general utha lega please tell😭😭.
Can i participate in JAC DELHI counselling as an Ews candidate if I gave JEE mains as a general candidate, but I've a valid ews certificate issued on 19th May 2026? Alag se choose kar sakte h na category yaa by default jee wali hi lagegi no matter what?

Hey, I'm in first year and didnt pay the fees yet, i went to dean and he said to give 88k right now(on 23rd)and 1 lakh till 20th may, but i haven't paid none of them yet due to financial crisis, upto how much time can I delay my fees? Seniors? Any idea?
