Basically, title, we got hit by a derecho 3 days ago and rumors are we might be without power for a week. I have a generator and would like to get a pump in. Thoughts or any experience in this for anyone else?
We’ve had our new baby Ody for about 3 weeks now. We’re long time dog owners, we’ve had a lab, and now 2 goldens. Our vet was adamant that we should probably sign our new baby Odysseus up for pet insurance just because of his breed. Those of you with older Frenchies, do you share this sentiment? Hoping someone in here has been in a similar circumstance, but after searching this might be a first time subreddit question.
My chapter 13 bankruptcy was fully completed on 5/18, however final check was just dispersed this week. I am currently in the process of buying a home, as I was told as soon as my bankruptcy was completed we would be good to go, per my lender, and not needing the letter of discharge. I have fully rebuilt my credit using a car loan I had due to trustee approval, and a credit card.
I am literally in the underwriting phase of my home loan, have done inspections, appraisals, have earnest money put down, and everything. Just now the underwriter is asking for a trustee approval letter, and my closing date is supposed to be 6/30. Is there any chance I get that letter in time? I messaged my lawyers and called the trustee office, but of course it’s outside of business hours.
Has anyone ever been in this boat? How did it go & what do I have to look forward to. My car loan approval took 21 days from submission to approval letter received. Wondering if this will be more of the same.
