i plan on adding more fake succulents to fill some empty corners but she has a mix of real and fake plants! her grow lights are in the mail! (40 gal) she was in a 10 gallon when i rescued her last week and i just had an itch to get her a bigger tank
I need advice on a situation at my corporate salon.
One of the “newer” hires (he’s been here a few months now) and i got super close as friends. Him and i have fun together at work and work off one another’s strive to stay busy.
Recently he started booking dogs only on him. if he picks up the phone and they ask for the soonest availability, he will go to HIS soonest availability and let the other 3 groomers in our salon left with nothing. Any messages that come in that he sees? they’re booked on him. no matter who sent the initial message.
i’m starting to get frustrated as i’ve brought it up a few times now that we need to be sharing clients. most of our days consist of him having 6-8 dogs and everyone else with none-1 and it’s always the difficult dogs he books with us or they book online.
i’m wondering if im being bitchy about not being able to get them booked on me or the other groomers but when he gives the client the “soonest” availability and it’s actually HIS soonest availability- how will they know? Also, he’s taken several of my regular clients and started booking them out on him if there’s every a discrepancy on the schedule where my days are booked incorrectly and we need to reschedule for another day.
when i speak to him he tells me he just really needs the money but we all need the money. we all need to commission out.
i plan on speaking to my store lead about this issue tomorrow morning but i want to know if im just being a cry baby.
