Hey guys, thought you might find this interesting. Just a little insight from Josh Klinghoffer (Pluralone/ ex RHCP guitarist) about his work with John on Inside of Emptniness, Shadows Collide with People, The Will to Death, & A Sphere in the Heart of Silence.
I remember it had something to do with a diamond heist and Jason Statham explaining how the heist was gonna go down, one of the lines being " Alright, here's what we're gonna do. We're gonna take the diamonds and put them in the bag."
And it just kept going on about taking things and putting them in bags. Can't really remember how the whole thing went, but i'm curious to see if anyone knows what i'm talking about. It's bugged me for years.
I know Godfrey does a solid Statham impression, sadly I cant find anything about that specific dialogue on Google or YouTube. Only how Jason Statham is a man who does any job lol
After years of searching.. I found it.
This album holds a special place in my heart. Prince Paul and Dan the Automator are a true diamond duo.
How do you feel about the overall production and creative direction of this album? The features alone are wild. Interested to hear what other people think.
A bit sloppy but has always been my favorite.
