Birthday Haul ✨

It was my birthday a few days ago and thought I’d share my bday haul courtesy of the Le Creuset outlet, endless trips to homegoods, and my husband who drove me everywhere so I could be a passenger princess 💅

Photo 1: Flame pumpkin (20% off at the outlet), Shell Pink teapot (homegoods), Rose Quartz butter dish (homegoods), Agave 10 qt stockpot (Marshall’s)

Photo 2: Latest additions with the rest of the gang (minus shallot, cream and meringue because I forgot to pull those pieces out 🤦‍♀️). Most of my collection is shell pink and chiffon pink, and I’m going for a warm gradient / sunset vibe. The Agave is kinda random *but* I’ve been wanting a stockpot with gold trim, and apparently that’s like three colors. All the other colors I would’ve preferred either don’t exist or have stainless trim, so Agave it is! Would love to hear everyone’s suggestions for other colors to add 😊

Hi, my 13 year old spayed Persian (7.4 lbs) takes atenolol 25mg 1/4 tab twice a day and amlodipine 0.625 mg once a day to manage her HCM and SAM. She’s also on 0.5mg budesonide for IBD.

I typically administer her meds around 10-11am (atenolol and budesonide) and 10-11pm (atenolol and amlodipine). Tomorrow I need to leave the house around 7am and will be gone all day. I’m assuming there is little to no risk with giving her budesonide a few hours early, so my question is regarding her atenolol dosage.

I can either:

A) give her atenolol around 7am, which is 8 hours after her last dose then resume her regular schedule or

B) skip her morning dose and resume her regular schedule that evening.

Which is the best option?

I don’t want to risk changes to her bp, but I also won’t be home to monitor signs of lethargy, etc. Everything I’ve read online about atenolol dosing is too vague to be helpful, and both her regular vet and cardiologist won’t be open til Monday.
