XAUUSD is using incorrect or stale quote mapping

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I reached out to support and nothing has changed, I just seem to have a dead open ticket because the last time the coach reached out was the end of June.

I have a manual account for this holding - XAUUSD -

**The account page itself is stuck on a June 4th value & balance based on that value. The refresh button does nothing. It never changes.

**My online dashboard "all accounts" balance for that account is correct as of the night before.

The coach had me create a new dummy manual account and the exact same thing happened. Stuck on June 4th.

Can the Mod/QuickenEmployees look into this? Is it a known issue?

Discrepancies with Pricing Experience More w/ 55+ savings (TI)

Apologize, previous post did not attach photos.

I am hoping others can clarify these discrepancies with the "new" Experience More w/ 55+ savings (TI).

Yesterday, another Redditor posted this. Their 2 line plan (black photo -#4 - borrowed from their post) appears to show a new price of $125 ($115 w/autopay).

I received my new bill today. My former price (after that $5/line increase they rolled out in 2025) was $103 - $100 for two lines, auto pay discount, and additional $3 for Apple TV.

All screenshots (white background) are taken from my account today.

Shows my new bill breakdown - $113 (2 lines $120, autopay discount $-10, AppleTV $+3) - so effectively another $5/line increase for 2026.
Shows my current plan and the cost breakdown from my account page - $112 ($110+$2 "add-ons"). I am not sure what the $2 add-on is for and am assuming the $110 includes the autopay.
Shows (supposedly) the comparison between my TI and the TE version if I click change plan ($112/mo - but both show + taxes and fees). But if you scroll down the $3 Apple TV is an addition so I am assuming it is not included in the $112).
The other Redditors photo showing theirs is quoted at $125.

If I log out and select pick a plan then select the Experience More w/ 55+ savings (TE) the price is $100 w/autopay. If I stay logged in and do the same it still says $100 w/autopay (and the odd $2 add-on. So it appears the TI plans are charging $10 more for 2 lines - to cover taxes and fees? I still cannot explain the other Redditors $125 price.

Appreciate any thoughts on if T-Mobile charges different prices for the same plan to different people, and if anyone can decipher #2/#3 so I can put this to rest and move on:)
