What’s up everyone, I took 2 Dual Enrollment classes throughout my junior-senior year. I’m about to be a sophomore in college. One of the courses I took I got an A in, but for some reason on the DE page it says “abandoned no parental consent.” Can I still transfer this credit to my school? It’s on my high school transcript and NOVA must have a record that I took it or at least signed up for it and I can prove I took the class using my HS transcript. No parental consent seems like a system thing. Can someone help me out? I kind of need this credit for financial aid reasons. Thanks

I’m 18, got caught shop lifting I didn’t get arrested but I got a summons for court. I hired an attorney and I just have to do some community service and it gets dismissed as it was my first offense. I’m a rising sophomore accounting major. Will I still get internships and have a career with this? It was a simple mistake as a young adult and am worried that it will completely derail my life plans. Please help.

Hi, I got placed on SAP warning after spring 2026. I’m planning on taking 2 gen Ed’s in the summer to catch up and get off academic probation before the fall begins.

My question is: am I still going to be eligible for aid for fall 2026 even if I am not meeting the 67% requirement yet after the summer ends? (Note that I am not taking aid for the summer classes) any alum or current student at JMU, or anyone in general please help!!
