Shoulder has been messed up for a few days

It's probably subluxation or something. A couple days ago my left shoulder was pretty stiff and it's progressively gotten more painful. I'm trying to move it around, stretch, all that good stuff, but there's one angle that the pain kinda knocks out my mobility for a sec. It's not that bad, all things considered, but still annoying.

Marvel Unlimited

I'm thinking about paying for a marvel unlimited monthly subscription because i wanna start reading the Moon Knight comics. I have a list of good runs that i've been told i should read, and from the prices i've seen on thriftbooks.com it's looking like the subscription would be wayyyyy cheaper.

While I mull it over, what are your thoughts on Marvel Unlimited? Also, for fun, what are some of your favorite Moon Knight runs :)

pain flare ups

i attribute my pain flare ups (in my legs mostly) to my hypermobility, but i want to know if any of you get these as well.

it feels like fire going all down my leg, i don't know if it's the bone or the muscle. maybe it's not hypermobility related because sometimes the pain skips the joints.

taping for pain

have any of you tried taping your joints to help with pain and instability? i cant quite remember how my old physical therapist suggested I do it, i wondered if any of you have tried.

i've taped for my wrongly rotated femurs, that i remember.

eating at restaurants

I always feel so bad after eating out. It's like an accumulation of brain fog, tachycardia, and nausea all at once and i feel so sleepy.

Lately i've been getting this weird feeling in my throat, like there's a golf ball sitting in my esophagus. I don't know what causes it, but somehow it's lightly triggering my gag reflex which doesn't feel great.

Crazy headache when standing up

for the longest time, way before i was diagnosed but probably starting whenever i got symptoms of POTS is that sometimes, especially during a flare up, ill get this pounding headache.

its only in one part of my head, one side in the front ish. it feels like my brain is trying to outgrow my skull. but it lasts for a few seconds at most.

does anyone else experience this? i'm gonna get it checked out anyway of course. i have a checkup coming up.

Intro plus exercise question

Hi, I'm Void (internet name, i dont like using my real name online). I am diagnosed (sort of?) but I couldn't find the flair, i don't post on reddit super often.

What I mean by "sort of" is that when I got my diagnosis, the doctor told me I had hypermobile spectrum disorder (clearly not hEDS) but wrote in my chart "hypermobile ehlers danlos" so I just go with hEDS when I talk about it.

Anyway, I've been trying to get into exercise so I can take care of myself more now that i'm a Real Live Adult (i'm 19). I have super bad posture and loose shoulders due to my hyper mobility, my neck is also super unstable. I wondered if anyone had any tips on how to safely strengthen my back and shoulders to remedy this. If not, I can tear apart my bedroom to find my dusty old physical therapy sheet.

Thanks guys!!
