Hi! I'm pretty new to 3d printing and modeling and have been currently learning the design process through Fusion 360. However, I have no idea how I would go about designing something like a filigree, or something more decorative with all this variety in movement, thickness, etc. Is this something that would be better designed using Blender or other software; and what specific method/technique should I use for modeling?

I am pretty new to sewing, but I really adore the gathered/cinched look to tops- specifically the ones that have this sort of handkerchief vibe where it seems like a piece of fabric is wrapped around the middle like that. I can't wrap my head around how it is sewn like this though- especially with the bralette portion sewn directly to another piece. Is there any tutorials or patterns that show how to do this- or any better terminology dor what this is?
