Tried walking backwards yesterday for like a half mile on my way back home from work and I noticed that I speak more positively to myself. Very interesting. I definitely shifted….

So I’ve been seeing people on the conscious TikTok community saying that if you do something out of the routine like walking backwards around your house or apartment or neighborhood that it breaks the cycles of the matrix and allows you to open up portals, and as someone that is a spiritual being having a human experience I can confer that it definitely does make it more visual confirmation to like let go of the past because as your doing it I was setting the intention and letting the last go. So I got home then I showered I felt my energy super lifted, then I put my clothes on backwards and it helped me like speak more positively to myself. It’s effective and the next day I can say that I feel the shift, I don’t feel as much pain for a recent heartbreak I went through. So any thoughts to improve or any one tried this?

Question: What does religion say about having an ego? Like in a Jehovah’s Witness perspective, like I thought religion was supposed to diminish ego or surrender?

Okay, just need an honest wise answer because I feel like a lot of religious people are boastful about having an ego and they even embrace it, someone please enlighten me. Thank you.🙏

Predictive Processing

Okay, so this is how my mind works, or how I believe most intellectually sound beings minds work. We are creatures that create or perceive expectations resulting in a projection of predictions, and this can be bad and harmful to oneself if you stay attached to outcomes. That’s why life seems difficult sometimes because it’s like we’re already predicting the worst possible cases, and then internally we’re already expecting the outside world to reinforce that back into us, almost like a confirmation to ourselves, like we’re justifying the modalities we tell ourselves. So the remedy to this, well what I figured out is that you have to be present. Presence over prediction. Your choosing to stay in the now rather then predicting a fixed outcome, it’s a skill that takes practice but that’s what I’ve been working on lately. Hope this helps someone.

I orchestrated my whole journey: Hear me out:

Okay, so why do we wonder why we suffer in the first place? Okay asking yourself that is because your curious and something sparked inside of you to even ask that question first of all, if your asking it’s because your seeking and the answer is within. You’re the source of your own creation, so because of this you orchestrated and made all these “decisions” even the bad experiences in your life, why? Because you wanted to evolve and grow and be better because without all those challenging experiences you wouldn’t have been under pressure or forced to awaken or grow. Now am seeing this shit for what it really is we literally are the fucking creators we just choose to forget to come back to remember. What do you guys think? 🤔
