Elsay Lake info/condition

Planning on doing an overnight to elsay lake tomorrow. Any new hazards or conditions I should be weary of? Any thing to keep in mind or look out for? The 4 of us which are going, are experienced. Not goretex from head to toe experienced, but we’ve grown up around here and understand the inherent risks we take when utilizing our beautiful mountains. We have the 10 essentials, as well as more than enough food just in case.

I’m thinking about water though, how much do I need vs how much should I carry in? We’re all well fit people . I’m aware water is very hard to come by on Seymour, but is the water at elsay okay to boil and drink? As for the hike back, how much given time? All just questions to hopefully get us more prepared. Any suggestions would be appreciated and advice would be much appreciated. Haven’t seen much talk about elsay specifically regarding posts recently

Nugz: Flavour Bomb 40 infused 5 pack taster

I’ll keep this short and sweet. Smell was overly artitficial, but all prerolls r nice and chalky with diamonds. Containers cool. I tried watermelon to start for a morning bake.

Burn started shit, but evened out as it burned. Smell/taste at start was overly artificial but as it burned it was nicer leaning into the weed. Didn’t see any listing of flavourings in the ingredients. Maybe it’s the shitty terps they didn’t list tho. Airflow was also whack until second half of it.

High was short but strong from it. Bit of a cough factory compared to a 1964 blue dream infused preroll I had last night. Apples and oranges tho. Hit right away tho, and I knew what I was getting myself into. 45+tax is crazy though. 6.5/10, ask me later once I’ve tried all the other flavours for a better shot maybe.

Beautiful morning with blue peaking thru after thunder and lightning was nice and probably amplified the experienced. Was bumping the O’ brother where art thou soundtrack. Ifyk,yk!

What's the Deal with Student Permit Insurance Liability?

As a Highschool student with aspirations for filming and WANTING to apply for permits so it is easier for me in the future and I could hopefully get a name for myself, What is the deal with Student Permits, Specifically to do with Liability coverage? I understand its in place specifically to prevent property damage, fire, death injury, blah blah blah. All I need is a simple scene of 2 Characters walking on a forested path with dialogue and just talking. No crazy live rounds, explosions, electrical generator, probably just a handheld gimbal and a backpack. With that being said- I'd like to use this project for a professional portfolio and have location permits referenced if needed. So as a Student, Why do I need a MINIMUM of five million dollars coverage? Plz someone explain so i don't sound so ignorant and so i can better educate myself about this because im super confused about the whole thing

BC Smalls - Zelectolytes Smalls - 3.5

As you can see I’ve gone thru bout 2/3rds of it already; but I had a really good time with this. I tried the Bubble Bath smalls strain before this which was shockingly mediocre. Got this to give it another shot, as the white widow I had in the past was also definitely something to send home about. For what you’re paying, u really have nothing to complain about. Smooth, really nice burn, and very funky with dense smalls making this last quite a while when only using it with my piece. Definitely go for this opposed to “bubble bath” or “Optimus crime” I think it’s on average like 23-25 but I got it on sale for a smooth 20.23 no tax.

I’m highly aware it’s far from perfect; but as a student in grade 11 having to hike 4 hours to the location and it was my first time using Blackmagic pocket 4K without the guidance of a teacher; gimme some slack lol.
