Just wanted to share my 3rd gen

24’ Limited. Picked it up about 3 months ago.

Running a Dobinsons IMS 3”/2” setup with stock weight springs, Method MR321s wheels +18 offset, and Bridgestone Dueler AT Ascents in LT295/70/R18.

Really happy with the Dobinsons, the ride is firm but smooth and super compliant, feels way better than stock. Bumps and cracks in the road just get absorbed with no jarring-ness to it, almost plush if that makes sense. I think the Bridgestones helps the ride quality as well, as they are a road first AT. I’m not doing serious off-roading, maybe a couple light trails a year so these fit the bill.

Went back and forth on the Bridgestones and size before pulling the trigger but not bad imo. Lighter by about 10lbs compared to other tires in this size and pretty quiet as well. Highly recommend them if you spend the majority of the time on the road like me. Will see how they do out on the trail and this winter since they are 3PMS rated.

Love the look of the Method MR321’s, went with gloss black instead of matte for a little more pop and just a little poke with +18 offset.

Overall, couldn’t be happier and just wanted to share!

Anyone get their rattle noise fixed on a 3rd gen?

Hey all. Was getting a rattle noise when idle or in reverse, took the ride in for an oil change and mentioned it, dealership confirmed the noise and fixed the rattle noise via TSB-0086-24, looks like they had to flash the ECU.

It’s fixed now but noticed driving is more responsive and is actually in EV mode more consistently and more often. In some cases, while accelerating the EV gauge almost maxes out, I don’t recall that happening before.

Not sure if the fresh oil helped or if placebo but anyone else got this TSB fixed and noticed the same thing?

2024 Limited 2”/1” or 3”/2” lift?

Hey everyone. Picked up a new to me 2024 Limited and already caught the mod bug.

Planning on getting the Dobinsons IMS suspension kit, but going back and forth on whether to get the 2”/1” or a 3”/2” springs.

Looking for some feedback and/or pics.

Thanks!

Hood shield/ bug deflector

Hey there. Any of you guys use a hood shield/ bug deflector on your 3rd gen?

My 2.5 gen Tundra would get all sorts of chips and nicks and bugs on the front part of the hood.

For those of you that do, what brand do you run? Any feedback with wind noise?

Thsnks
