The terrain on these mountains is insane!

I am new to the east coast, and just did my first hike out here (Algonquin/Iroquois Peak).

I grew up hiking in the PNW Cascades range, and totally underestimated the mountains here! The rockiness and constant scrambling was intense, and the rugged straight shot trails were tough. I was definitely humbled a bit, as the elevation gain and mileage didn’t seem like much, but the terrain was tough! The descents too were very sketchy for me, not being used to the rock sheets

Out west, we do have a lot of hikes with solid elevation gain, but they’re all smooth, graded dirt switchbacks. You really don’t need much more than fitness and willpower to get to some summits. Even some of our volcanos are like that, Adam’s and St Helens in particular. Either that, or some of the peaks in the north cascades end up being straight up mountaineering. There’s not much of a middle ground.

I definitely have a new respect for the mountains of the east! I’ll be back, it was a beautiful area.

Deer ran into the side of my truck... think it'll buff out? Going to an autobody shop tomorrow, all the ones in my area are closed on the weekends.

Should I take Vyvanse every day or take weekends off?

I have just been diagnosed with inattention ADHD, as an adult. I was prescribed 20mg of Vyvanse with the instructions "1 cap by mouth every morning".

I know my psychiatrists words were every morning but should I not take it on the weekends? Just to avoid building up a tolerance or dependency on drugs?

I suppose this isn't something that goes away on the weekends, but the consequences of me doing nothing but playing my guitar for 8 hours straight on a Saturday are pretty low and it's actually pretty good practice for me lol. My biggest problem is I can't apply that same energy towards anything that's actually useful for my life, aka my career.

Also side question, technically my prescription is for 20 mg of "lisdexanfetamine" so I assume it's a generic version. Any difference between name brand and generic or is it all just objectively the same stuff?

Looking for a USB-C dongle that allows for 1440p 120hz refresh rate, power, and KB+M through a single cable

Having a hard time finding this kind of dongle/dock.

I'm looking for something that supports my keyboard, mouse, and my 2560x1440p 180hz monitor. If it can support 180hz, that is fantastic, otherwise I am more than fine with 120hz at 1440p resolution.

Looking to use a single cable from my device, so I can easily switch between my macbook pro and a steam deck.

Would something like this work? https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08B3NV1BY?ie=UTF8&th=1

Thanks
