Flashing black screen - Third time PS5 Pro has done this

Doesn't work with other ports or cables, safe mode displays. No issues with other devices.

I have already sent the console to repairs twice. They never say what they've done and I'm kind of losing my mind at this point. Do I just have a lemon of a device? Is there something I'm doing that's causing this?

All achievements as of just now

I zero deathed act one, but then died like 5 or 6 times before the end of act 2. Super excited to have this all done; though I was hoping for less than 10 deaths. I suppose it's close since I had to force a death in the tower from the start.

I truly think the game is remarkable but can't imagine playing it without mouse and keyboard.
