I'm not asking about behind the scenes work here. What can coaches do while team is playing? Can they speak while players are in game in online tournaments? Are there rules regulating that?

I've seen coaches starting to talk after team is dead, pointing out to mistakes or trying to cool off players is they start arguing, but apart from that, nothing.
