Hallo allen, mijn vriendin en ik zijn verhuisd en dit is de huidige staat van ons gazon, voor zover je daar nog over kan spreken.. ik ben op zoek naar tips. Is hier nog iets van te maken, of is het te laat in het jaar al? En zo wel; wat kan ik dan doen? Het gras is dor/dood en het staat vol met verschillende soorten onkruid.

Ik wil in ons nieuwe huis een lamp ophangen en dit komt onder de oude vandaan.. de buis steekt een klein beetje uit, verder is het een slagveld daar. Ik vermoed dat ik het met iets dicht zal moeten smeren, om vervolgens te boren, plaatje erin schroeven en dan de lamp ophangen?
Klopt dat? En als dat zo is, waarmee kan ik het plafond dan dichtsmeren in eerste instantie?

I bought this clock a few years ago. It stopped ticking tho. When i wind it up, it will tick for a few minutes or even seconds and then it'll stop again. It used to work perfectly fine. Is the spring worn out or so? Can I fix this issue by myself or will I need a clock maker? Thanks for addressing the issue/solution!
I used to receive monthly emails with a summary of that month. The km's I cycled, the places i visited, some highligts. I really enjoyed those! I have my settings correct I think but I really would love yo receive those again. Can anyone tell me if its gone for good, or that I can receive it anyway? Thanks so much!
