My finance is messed up, guide me how to bounce back

I 29 M married living in Bangalore. Our combined income is 2.5 L per month after taxes. I recently got into a debt trap which i never wanted. I recently made 2 big spends which is my marriage and a house renovation which ate up my 95% of my savings.

My parents forced me to renovate the house by building one more floor so that it can be rented out. It costed us 35L for which i paid 15 L from my savings and took a 20L loan and my wedding expenses were more than 30L which i paid by selling stocks and i had to take a 5L personal loan with rate of interest 9.1% in the last minute because i was short of cash and i had no one to lend me that big of a amount.

I already have a car loan where 3L is pending and my credit card spends arent coming down as well. One point to note is my parents are dependent on me and they use my credit card for their groceries and stuffs.

We dont party, i dont eat out often. Im planning to switch jobs to improve my cash flow but thats a work in progress.

Currently i have 3L in stocks and 1 L in FD and 50 sovereigns gold which i cant touch.

Here goes our expenses

House emi - 35k
PL - 16k
Car loan - 15k
House rent bangalore - 37k including bills
Cc bill average spend - 70k
Groceries - 15k
Leisure(Movies) - 2k
Eating out - 4k
SIP - 15k

Help me how i can fix my debt and increase monthly cash flow

Rant

When i joined OCI way back in 2021, the people were approachable right from my manager to the senior director. I was having regular 1-1 with them and discuss the progress and future opportunities. There were wellness leaves every quarter.

Cut to 2026, the last 1-1 i had with my skip level manager was in 2025. He’s nowhere to be seen and senior director, i don’t even know why he exists in the org. He’s just a middle man between the VP and the director. How can they expect people to deliver on projects when engineers don’t have any clarity on where things are heading.

I really want to get out of this shithole badly, no hike, no real feedback, fear of layoffs every 3 months, lack of empathy from the upper management. There’s not one reason for people to stay back and that’s what the management needs from what i see. Either they make you leave or you leave on your own.

End of rant. Thanks for listening 🙏

How to prepare for senior devops role at Qualcomm?

I have an interview scheduled with a senior director next week for the senior devops engineer role. Need some guidance on how to prepare for the round. I have 7 yoe at a product based org, experienced in linux, k8s, python , golang and observablity tools and it’s really shitty out here as well.

Should i wait for my RSU to vest or switch jobs

I have my RSU vesting in December and i have zero motivation to work or show up for work in this org anymore. There’s no clear path laid out and it’s just extra work being shown to the throat.

I have a very good rapport with my manager and my director. I always get the work i ask for but i have zero confidence in this org and they could probably throw anyone out irrespective. I have free money coming my way in a few months and I’m confused whether to start giving interviews for the switch or just wait for the rsu to vest.
