Nervous / Scared

Just got my results back. Fasting glucose was 228 and my hemoglobin a1c was 9.7.

I know I have to make changes now. Diet and exercise. I'm just so upset with myself.

I guess I'll get put on meds now. Anyone have any tips?

40[M4F] #Vegas NV / US / CA - Anyone else ready for spooky season to come back?

I’m sitting here at bored of out my mind. Past few months I’ve just been doing my own thing and I sometimes will look at my phone and be like dang no one texted me.

I would love to change that if possible. I know it’s easier said than done but still worth a shot!

I would say I'm an introvert but with extrovert tendencies. I’m a nerd. I enjoy things like gaming, Harry Potter, marvel, lord of the rings, Pokemon, and other things along those lines. I’m a big tech guy. I love learning about tech. I enjoy nature and wild life. I enjoy movies, music, and festivals. I also love horror and Halloween time. It’s my favorite time of the year!

I’m single, never been married no kids. I don’t really want kids but wouldn’t mind being married in the future!

I don’t have a lot going on today so feel free to send me a chat!

Cam recommendation for travel

So I have been browsing and looking at other posts and I’m not sure where to land. I have some trips coming up this year and then next year. I’m just looking for something to record some video maybe Vlog style. I have a Sony camera, but I don’t really wanna lug it around. I’m sure I’ll use my phone for a lot of things, but I wouldn’t mind having something else to record a video or something. I would say low light performance is important. One of my trips I’m going to Japan and I definitely wanna check things out at night there. I actually enjoy checking out different

I’ve seen people say stay away from GoPro. I’ve seen some people say DJI cameras are good in low light. I don’t really know much about Insta 360.

So any recommendations would be awesome. I don’t have a brand preference either.

Thanks
