if an aa straight up tells them they will be reported to hr for their favoritism, disrespect, etc they will say in a cocky condescending tone “you can report whoever you want as much as you want 😌” after they get reported they look scared and depressed and start being fake nice. it kills me every time. 😭😭😭

that at this point i only speak to one of them. one of them abuses his power to give associates who worship him special treatment with the assignments especially if they are women and he is mad i wont flirt with and worship him. one of them is dating or smashing the creepy pa and doesnt like me because she is a pick me. if i stow or pick in her cluster she reports everything i do to the most hated manager in our building instead of speaking to me directly. one pa threatens to get a manager involved or actually does if i send packages to jackpot if there is no space on the racks or if i refuse to stow for someone lazy. a new pa who got hired literally harasses and guilt trips me every time i try to use my upt to take an extra or longer break. he also refuses to leave me alone during pick and stage and obsessively checks where i am so he can “help” me do my routes. i feel like i am in an insane asylum.
