Is there a badge for this?
I love an iced latte, decaf, skim milk, mocha swirl. I’ve had it as my regular drink for about 10yrs. Recently, I’ve had a problem with having the drink’s consistency, flavor-wise. I hate going back to have it remade (I feel like an arse) but I also don’t want to pay $5 for a drink that tastes like milk over ice. So I wrote to Dunkin- assuring them the staff there is lovely and keep a very clean store, but maybe retraining in the coffee drinks area would be helpful for consistency. They spoke to the store and the store wrote to me, apologizing and offering free latte. I didn’t go claim the free latte, that makes me feel like an arse too, but was happy that my drinks are back to delicious.
Then I noticed something: It’s very likely that there is a person designated to make my latte now. The person comes out from the back to make it every afternoon and then retreats back to the back once it’s made…
