A Good Girl’s Guide quick opinion.

There are times when Pip is a fun character to watch; when she is smart, insightful and confident. The character is awful, unwatchable and lame when she is weak, emotionally overwrought and pouty. The character is poorly written. She keeps her head about her when the script needs her to but melts when the script needs her to have a different personality to keep the plot moving. Yuck.

The city, a center of an activated inland empire, suffers expansionist growing pains based upon rapid development in agriculture, timber, mining and industrial activities. There is now an urgent need for coherent planning in control of those elements that reflect the habits of a growing city. Like too many of our urban centers, the errors of fifty years ago press for a solution that has reality in terms of the present life of a city."

Is a license really needed for an antique rifle hanging on a wall in Massachusetts?

So, I have a Winchester rifle I inherited a decade ago hanging on my wall. It was manufactured about 1893. A visiting friend said that in Massachusetts I need a license and permission from local police to have it. Can this be true??? (Edit: it is a 38 WCF. Serial number puts it about 1893)
