So basically I have been selected in Futures First as a Market Analyst.
Option A: Start moving internally from trading position to a quant position
Option B: To Switch to an another firm at QR/QD/QT position.
I know option A will be comparatively easier but I also want to know what is the street's view on Futures First as a company and about employees working there?
Also if I try to move ahead with Option B, what should be the abstract way to execute it? The roadmap?
