First pair of boots
Made my first pair of boots last week in a shoemaking course. Japanese kodera uppers and Blake construction. Pretty happy with the results!

Finished this commission last night for a customer's speedy 'First Omega in Space' which has an atypical 19mm to 16mm taper. Lightly padded this one. Shinki colour is 'cognac'.
Another strap commission I made, this time in black shinki.
There's a big shinki supply shortage at the moment... Having to wait weeks to months for some colours. Natural is especially popular!
Finished a pair of commissioned watch straps in shinki shell today. Just posing the whiskey one with a whiskey shell wallet because they look quite cool together.
Rocado shell cordovan exterior and interior. RiRi zippers and solid brass hardware. About 14cm long. $230usd plus shipping.
It was a rainy day and I had some spare time... Can't decide if I want to sell this or keep for myself. Rocardo shell has gone up in quality a lot in recent years and seems almost as good as shinki.
Listed is a handmade bifold wallet in natural buttero from the Conceria Walpier tannery. This leather starts off light but will darken and patinate very nicely and will gain a unique colour with use. It will become tan after months and eventually dark brown. I have put in a photo of the same leather on a different wallet after about 1 year of use (last pic). Everything is hand cut, saddle stitched, and hand burnished by me. This wallet took about 6 hours to make and is a unique design you won't find anywhere else.

Thread used is vinymo which is extremely strong and long lasting. You should be able to use this wallet for decades and should even be able to pass this on.

About me: I am a small batch leathercrafter based in Sydney usually specialising in commissions. I like to make one off creations and am particularly interested in biker culture and Japanese style construction. I use the highest quality materials and hand saddlestitch all my goods. Feel free to message me to ask any questions or if you would like to comission an item.
Recent commission in whiskey shell cordovan from shinki hikaku. Interior is natural tochigi. Tochigi is a lovely leather in the finished product but is actually a little difficult to work with. It's quite soft for veg tan so skiving and edge bevelling can be tricky.

A very interesting commission from a client in shinki shell cordovan and tochigi leather. The middle card section can be removed for a slimmer wallet.
There's a flap on the back of the card section which slots into the card pocket on the mid layer and then snaps stop it from sliding around.

A recent commission in two tone. Outer is black shell cordovan from shinki hikaku and interior is natural togichi.
That wallet chain design has been really popular!
