Does anyone else have this issue?

This might be TMI but I really need advice since tampon prices are so expensive and every company keeps redesigning them to be worse and worse. I have a Flex disc and it made me extremely constipated, to the point where I had cramps for three days, when usually my cramps are only one day long. It literally stretched me out to the point where it closed up my rectum. It made me extremely uncomfortable and I know that isn’t healthy at all, so I stopped using it. Since then my periods have been way less painful, but I hate having to rely on tampons because the brand I used (Cora) recently changed their design and now it’s unusable.
Are there disk sizes smaller than the Flex one? Or maybe some made with softer material? And how safe is it to have a piece of silicone lodged up there for 5-7 days out of each month? I just don’t know what to do. Having a womb is so much trouble.

Name of this top?

A YouTuber I used to watch & looked up to wore this in an outfit video once & I always thought about it. It’s a lace tank top that is high in the back and long in the front. I want to see if I can find it through second-hand sites. It was from Urban Outfitters around 2009, can anyone name the top specifically? I tried searching with keywords/image search to no avail.
