




StarHub rage-baiting me for sure
Context: I renew my plan. But the bill on my new plan is reflected as $0.00. Thus for the past months bill I thought it was being Giro. Thinking it automatically deducted from my bank. Today I found out, that was not the case.
I told the CS, I think something wrong cause my bill shows $0.00 thus unable to pay. (Quite literally nothing to pay) and he keep sending me the AI answer of the steps to make the payment.
I send me him all the screenshot showing how it’s $0.00. Nothing to pay. But he wouldn’t listen bro.
Then I ask for the pdf bill or any doc really, so I can make whatever payment that’s not reflected on my screen.
And this Ross from StarHub tell me shit like they don’t have such scan to pay?!?!? ITS LITERALLY HOW EVERYONE USE TO PAY. So I freaking show him how I still have the bill pdf for the WiFi. And he decide to insist don’t have the bill pdf.
And I swear to god, the “correct” and the smiley emoji legit smells like rage bait.
Like he cannot be freaking serious.
Pls ah someone, anyone, WTF do I do. I’m not even trying to doge the bill, I try so hard to give them money, but they pull this dog shit.
