Looking to get a medical license to fix my sleeping problems

Hi all how easy is it to Aquire a medical license. I can barely sleep and let alone stay asleep throughout the night. It’s affecting my job and home life. (Grumpy and frustrated all the time) I’ve tried sleeping pills but they make me feel drowsy and lightheaded. I’ve tried to exhaust myself at the gym after work but that didn’t work either. A few weeks ago my sisters partner gave me some weed cookies and it put me out I had the best sleep I’ve had in months! Sorry for the late post

Is it worth going into BR2-4 japan? (My BR1-3 line up)

I’ve been grinding japan for the last month or so and in my opinion made a very strong line up for BR1-3 but I don’t want to waste a bunch of silver just to get stomped on by the Americans or uptiered to AVT40 chads in BR2-4 What would you guys do? Is it playable?
