Why wouldn't they grade the card as well? Its not for sale just my son's first in person auto. My first time submitting to PSA.

Neighbors who moved in recently must be stoned

New neighbors moved in last year. Last week they buried the base of the tree in like 2 ft of soil and put rocks around it. I smoke a lot of trees myself but this is bad right?
