Looking for honest feedback on a productivity app I’ve been building for the past few months

I’ve been building a productivity app called Nudger over the last few months, and I’d really appreciate some honest feedback.
The idea came from those moments where you know exactly what you need to do, but you just can’t seem to start.
Some of the features include:
“Feeling Stuck?” mode – instead of asking you to immediately commit to a long study session, it starts with just 5 minutes, then gradually extends the session (5 → 10 → 15 minutes) if you’re still feeling productive. I originally designed this with people who struggle to get started (including many with ADHD) in mind.
Gentle accountability nudges during focus sessions to help keep you on track without feeling annoying.
Nudger also has focus rooms for friends to study together :)

I made an app want feedback

I noticed I always procrastinated because starting felt impossible. I built a tiny app that only asks you to study for 5 minutes. It’s actually helped me. Would love honest feedback.
It’s called nudger - focus timer

The ULTIMATE SOLUTION to our universal procrastination problem

I used to always be stuck in this loop watching reels, and I could never start, until I came across this app called Nudger - Focus Timer and it is amazing it has this specific adhd feature, and the app legit acts like a study partner, and in the feeling stuck? mode it starts you off with 5 min and nudges you throughout to keep going. I would highly recommend it to everyone here :) Here's the link - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nudger-focus-timer/id6757252939
