Update:

After 3 weeks of suspected CHS I payed for a private ultrasound which has revealed 2 cyst/tumors (unknown abscesses) one in my liver one in my gol bladder, will post photos of them later but am in shock currently after being messed around so much by doctors,
What next steps should I take.
Could both be affecting me?
Could the vomiting episode have caused this?

Help 🙏

Just got out the ER,
Doctors wouldn’t see me as wasn’t vomiting yet but can feel an attack coming, was sent to mental health team instead.

I’m starting to feel like this will never end, found out my cousin who has been diagnosed only smoked 1-2 times before her symptoms started as well as this it can take 90 days and potentially if “accidentally exposed” can take longer.

How will I ever know what’s going on?
I don’t want to be put on any hard core treatment as i hope it is CHS but am really concerned I’m not going to be able to get through this past 90 days if more attacks come,

Is there any other way to find out if it’s CHS or CVS
If I take a urine test and no THC is present is it CVS?

Help needed 🙏

I cannot find any information online about this!
The quality feels super premium and it feels vintage,
I’m not sure if it’s worth anything or where it is made can’t find even the brand.
Can anyone help?

Day 10 update

Hello everyone!

Writing this for those who are thinking about quitting and anyone that’s seen my previous posts

Today is day 10 and I feel 10x better, the nausea is gone and I feel better mentally overall than I have in a very long time.

If anyone’s thinking about quitting I would 100% recommend it if u rely on the plant through daily life, it’s hard it’s a weird feeling but u will never know until you try.

Things that I am still getting is:
Eating less and struggling to eat large amounts at once especially

Waking up just as I am about to sleep with a panic attack and my heart racing, as well as not being able to sleep for more than 5-6 hours a night

Headaches have started becoming a frequent occurrence

Stomach pains and churning causing the constant feeling of needing to use the toilet even after going even though stool appearance is normal

If anyone has any advice for this let me know 👍💪

Real or fake?

Apology for the repost!
Anyone know it’s real? Can’t find anything reverse searching and skew number (K. N. 70318 shows no results. Any chance it’s a test product or sample product either?

100 HOUR UPDATE

Quitting both cannabis and nicotine cold turkey at the same time is the hardest thing I’ve ever done in my life.

I’ve suffered from mental health issues my whole life and my family has a LONG history of addiction.

I currently do not have a diagnosis of CHS as symptoms have only started 10 days ago and only had 1 visit to the emergency room however my hope is to never receive a diagnosis and overcome this before it gets to the point of repeated episodes.

Even if that means I’ll never “truly” know if I had it or not.

My two cousins who have been dealing with CHS for over 5 years while not being able to quit.

This has given me so much motivation to prove to not only my self but my whole family that it is possible to overcome this horrible experience.

QUESTION:

One was able to quit for 2 weeks but claimed felt no difference and began smoking again.

I have read online that coffee contains cannabinoids and can trigger episodes (she works as a part time barista and drinks very strong coffee regularly.

Is it possible this is what caused her to feel no benefit during this time?

As currently i can say I already notice a huge difference.

THANK YOU:

I genuinely can’t thank this community and anyone who has replied enough living in the UK with potential early stages is very difficult.

Doctors are hugely miss informed (one today told me every cannabis smoker is in psychosis but in denial)

I think if I hadn’t informed my self so well quickly I could have headed down a dark path of miss diagnoses.

Potential CHS

Today is 48 hours of no smoking (cannabis and nicotine) finally was able to get some sleep (about 5 hours) still feel nauseous but not quite as bad as the last few days but abdominal pain is still present eating is still hard and my stomach is constantly churning (haven’t eaten in about 5 days)

I’ve been having harsh sensitivity to temperature feeling extremely cold until I am wearing multiple layers and begin sweating which feels ice cold and does help

This has caused me fear of taking hot baths as getting out feels unbearable.

Any encouragement or advice is appreciated 🙏

CHS, CVS?

I am Male, 18Y, 5’7, 55KG

About a week ago I started having extremely fluctuating eating patterns from a intense feelings of hunger to loss of appetite causing overeating and vomiting about once every day generally in the morning or night along with feelings of nausea and anxiety (I have underlying panic disorder, anxiety disorder and low mood)

About 4-5 days ago I began vomiting more frequently in the morning and at night with more extreme nausea and abdominal pain I went to the doctor who basically said it was all in my head and prescribed me Lansoprazole which after taking a couple times I found ineffective.

Yesterday I went to the Emergency room due to concerns about my hydration got my blood done which came back regular and was prescribed Ondansetron however when I went home I vomited in the night and the next morning after taking the anti sickness.

While i was there the nurse asked if i smoked cannabis which i have been doing daily for about a year and a half and began researching CHS

2 of my cousins were diagnosed with CVS about 4 years ago which was changed to a diagnosis of CHS recently however both continue to use and are underweight and suffering severe health complications.

My symptoms are confusing me as the morning/night sickness is a symptom of CVS and hot showers haven’t felt overly beneficial though I am struggling with temperature regulation (feeling cold when wearing multiple layers)

So far I haven’t eaten or slept in 4 days and my mental state feels as it’s declining due to seeing how badly this has affected my family and the potential of permanent CVS

Can anyone help differentiate between the two better to and does anyone have any advice

I am currently 36 hours sober since A&E from both tobacco and Cannabis, I would also like to ask although not advisable would I be safe to smoke a nicotine vape until I am mentally able to give up the cannabis addiction and general smoking habit and symptom’s subside because the idea of ceasing both cannabis and nicotine while dealing with this is very daunting and would taking Escitalopram or promethazine be advised?
