Is the Old World RPG combat actually faster than 4th edition? It looks interesting, although I'm not sold on the Staggered/run away/wound set-up, which looks like it will make combat drag.
Has anyone published a fantasy town with an Adventurer's Guild with a crew of local adventurers? A guild master, the girl you get quests from and turn them in to, a monster parts butcher, etc? I love these tropes, but most OSR games are much more traditional.
It could be rules free, or set for any OSR-style game, and I'd be happy. Thanks!
