Those who have taken assessments for yourself or your founding team: why? Why should I use one of them?
I see information out there about how "beneficial" and helpful the PI is or Symetas SENSE or Gallup's BP10 or Hogan's HDS or whatever other one of hundreds of assessments out there that measure teams. The ones I mention above are supposed to be marketed towards entrepreneurs... But most say not to use them for hiring and stuff... So what are you actually supposed to use these things for? The websites are rather vague when I try to dig deeper.

Inherited this from my Great Grandmother
This was the first thing my great grandmother bought for herself when she came to the US. Over the last 100 years it has been passed from her, to my grandmother, to my mother, and now me. It is a Fenton orange tree pattern (though I was always told "rose tree"). It is beautiful and something I look forward to passing down to my own kid one day.
