Do you think this is a pilonidal cyst? I was hopeful it was just a skin tear or skin issue, but now I'm not sure. Painful when touched, but otherwise no pain.

Best & most efficient method needed
All suggestions appreciated! Our employees complete monthly data sheets separately. At month end I need to combine all these sheets within a book,then summarize the data from the sheets. What's the best way to do so with the least potential for errors?
Combine the sheets into a book every month and edit the formulas on summary sheet?
Copy & paste the data onto "their" sheets within the monthly book,hoping the formulas work every month?
Something else?
