I’m visiting Las Vegas in September and I’m thinking about seeing a show at the Sphere. The tickets I’m looking at are in Section 400 for around $150.
For those who’ve been: is it worth it at that price? Is the experience still amazing from Section 400, or would you recommend paying more for better seats?

I'm planning a trip to the US for mid-November and I'm looking for some ideas.

I've already been to most of the West Coast (California, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, etc.), as well as Florida and New York, so I'd like to explore a different part of the country this time.

Here's what I'm looking for:

• Somewhere that doesn't usually get snow in mid-November (or at least where snow is unlikely).
• A destination that's ideal for a road trip or easy to explore by car.
• Great scenery, nature, charming towns, good food, and maybe a couple of interesting cities.
• About a week (7–8 days).

I'm open to a single-state itinerary or a route that crosses into neighboring states, as long as it fits within a week.

What would you recommend? I'd especially love to hear about places that are underrated or don't get as much attention as the classic tourist destinations.

Hi,

Visiting from Italy, staying on the Westside.

I’d like to bike from Santa Monica south (towards Redondo) on a weekday evening:

pick up a bike around 5 PM near Santa Monica Pier ride along the beach path (SM → Venice → Marina del Rey → as far as makes sense) finish around 8 PM

I’m torn between:

1. Regular rental (Bike Center / Perry’s / others near the beach)

Any shop you’d recommend in 2026 that’s open late enough for a 5–8 PM rental and has decent city/cruiser bikes (not junk, not crazy expensive)?

2. Metro Bike Share

Day pass looks like $5 + $1.75 / 30 min.

Is Metro Bike Share actually practical between Santa Monica and Redondo (enough docks, reliable), or will I get stuck / overpay vs a normal rental?

For locals:

How far south would you realistically go 5–8 PM starting from SM?

Would you choose Metro Bike Share or a normal rental for this?

Looking for fresh 2026 advice, not just old Google reviews.

Hi everyone, I’m planning my itinerary around Page / Monument Valley and before booking I’d like to clarify a couple of things. I’m going in early September.

From what I can see, it includes the Navajo guided tour and the $8 Navajo permit fee per person.

My question is: is that enough, or do I need to pay anything else separately?

Basically, I’d like to know whether everything is included in that ticket or if there are extra charges at the entrance.

For Monument Valley, I’ll be staying nearby and I want to do the

Scenic Drive with my own car. From what I’ve found online, the cost seems to be $15 per vehicle + $10 per person. Is that correct?

And more importantly: does that fee cover entry and the self-drive Scenic Drive?

My plan is to start from Page, stop at Forrest Gump Point, and then head into Monument Valley for the Scenic Drive. Do you think it’s better to do Forrest Gump Point on the way in or on the way back?

Hi everyone.
I’m planning a one-day stop in Yosemite on September 1 and would love to know if this route sounds realistic.
We’ll be coming from Sonora, entering from Big Oak Flat Entrance, and I was thinking of doing:
• Tunnel View first
• then Bridalveil Fall if time allows
• parking the car in Yosemite Valley and using the shuttle for the rest of the day
• Lower Yosemite Fall
• Cook’s Meadow / Sentinel Bridge
• Yosemite Village / Visitor Center
• El Capitan Meadow if the shuttle works for it
• then heading out toward Fresno in the evening
My main goal is to keep the day easy and avoid too much driving inside the park. Does this order make sense, or would you change it to make it more efficient? Any advice on parking, shuttle use, or which stops are most worth it would be really appreciated.
