Samsung Members Error

Hi everyone! I just wanted to check Samsung Members app and when I opened it today I got this error. I tried to find a solution online but I was unsuccessfully.

I also uninstalled the app, installed it from the Galaxy Store instead of Play Store, wiped the data and cache, restarted the phone (Samsung Galaxy S24+) but nothing worked.

I didn’t upgrade yet to OneUI 8.5 and my region is Romania if it helps.

Has anyone else occured to this problem and if so, what is the fix? Thanks

Battery Protection S24+

Hi everyone! Recently I got a Samsung S24+ and I had enabled Battery Protection and set it to charge until 90%

My question is if it's normal when phone is charged and I unplug it from the charger to be at 89%, shouldn't be it at 90% as I set it?

I searched on the internet and everyone says it's normal but I wanted other opinions and to be sure! Thanks!
