The apartment is just 2 minutes from Rio Lakefront and major highways, making it one of the most convenient locations in the area. It also gets excellent natural light throughout the day.
This is a lease takeover (not a sublease). The new tenant must apply directly through the apartment management office and pass their standard credit, income, and background screening. Once approved, you'll take over the remainder of the lease through April 2027 and pay rent directly to the apartment management.
Rent is $2015 per month.
