Code 34, 2011 repsol CBR1000rr
Please help. Here's my story from the beginning. My bike was working great. I bought it with 1100 miles on it a year ago. Its been great. I ran over a slice of metal and my back tire picked it up and popped my tire. I replaced the tire and put my wheel back on. Went for a few rides , it was back and great. I sold one of my bikes and washed it to sell it. I figured I might as well wash my cbr also, so I did. Used a leaf blower to dry both my bikes. I put the cbr back in my garage for a few days , and when I went to start it up for a ride it was idling like shit and would not take any throttle. It would start up and idle terrible and then die. When I would open the throttle a little bit , it would sound like a tennis ball bouncing around under the gas tank. After a few tries of this it wouldn't even fire up. I put the symptoms into Google and it said change the spark plugs , so I did. New spark plugs , and when I put it back together it still would crank over but not start at all. I was on YouTube and found out I can get an actual code that could help me. I have a code 34 that flashes. So going back under the seat , I realized I had a servo buddy plugged in. Code 34 is for the servo motor malfunctioning apparently. But its not even plugged in. I have no idea what to do. If any one knows anything about a 2011 CBR1000rr it would be greatly appreciated here. Or if anyone has gone thru this. Maybe its similar to other bike models. I have no idea what to do next. I did buy a new servo buddy and thats on the way here in the mail still.
