It feels like major developments, governance decisions, and the issues people are actually facing are getting buried under constant political chatter. Suddenly, everyone seems to have an opinion on every single move of the government, and the real issues are being overshadowed.

What if every government service had a dedicated FAQ page and short explainer videos in regional languages covering:
Along with this, a simple application tracker showing which stage the file is in and which office is currently handling it would provide much-needed transparency.
This would help citizens plan better, reduce unnecessary visits to government offices, decrease panic about delays, and significantly reduce dependence on brokers whose biggest advantage is access to information. It would also free up government staff from answering repetitive queries and improve public trust in the system.
This won't eliminate corruption entirely, but reducing information asymmetry and increasing transparency would remove one of the biggest drivers of everyday petty corruption.
