Advice please
I am a Volt customer so pay for M500 (upgraded to giga) and have Mega TV.
I was paying £63/month and a couple months back I contacted the chat support because I of low speeds upstairs.
After working my way through a few advisers in a few days that guarded the WiFi extenders with their life. I finally got one sent.
While on one chat, the agents said “paying £63.99 a month. Would you like to safe guard that price and extend your contract for 24 month at your current price”
I agreed but my mistake was not checking the contract that was sent- it was actually 73.99… but that was only for a few months and it had jumped to £133/month.
I get that I should have been more diligent but feeling utterly lied to right now.
Any advice on how to deal with this please? Very unhappy at the almost paying nearly £2k for remainder of the 24 month contract for M500 and TV.
