Hi! 2017 Subaru Crosstrek Premium. The air stopped blowing and we replaced the resistor and the blower motor. Still doesnt blow... we are at a loss of what to do. The knobs/switches do something when you turn them, because you can hear it click, just nothing happens. We used a voltage meter to see if the wires are getting power and they are. Could the control knobs need replaced? Where should I look next? TIA!
