Lost package and support refuses to help.

The secret lair cat drop was shipped via ups who supposedly transferred it to the post office on Saturday the 27th. It still says on ups

"Transferred to Local Post Office

As requested by the sender, UPS has transferred your package to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) for final delivery. For the latest status, check USPS tracking"

And when I go to usps tracking it says

"Latest Update

We were notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package."

I emailed my local usps and they said to me

"This item is still with a third party. Until they give us the package, the item is not in our mail stream. "

I cannot make a claim on ups cause it says

"​This option is not available after transfer to U. S. Postal (USPS); contact USPS or the sender for assistance."

Secret lair sent me the same 3 emails now:

Where do I go from here? I just wanted my cats. Usps won't help, ups wont help. Wizards wont help.

I called ups and usps. I provided a voicemail from usps saying they never got it, and a support ticket number from ups. Ups says though to file a claim with the seller. Wizards just keeps posting this response.

I cannot afford to buy these second market...
