Hi all, some questions from someone who's never been but is considering it for 2027!

So I've been thinking about going since 2022, since moving in with my flatmate last year she's discovered a love for festivals and the other day she "found" bloodstock and got excited wanting to go so I just have a few questions

How do the payment plans work? like is it one payment due straight away then every month until its paid or do they start in the new year?

What's the venue like? I know it's smaller, but roughly how close is the coach drop off to the campsites and from camp to the arena?

What can we expect from the lineup?
we enjoy power metal, thrash and I like a bit of core, looking at previous years lineups I usually don't know too many of the bands, there always seems to be something I love every day! one of my favourite parts of going to download over the years is seeing those I don't know so that's not a worry!

Any other info we should know before hand? I know it's like 13 and a half months away but better to be overly prepared!!

Thanks in advance folks!

Questionnaire email

Did anyone else get the email asking who you'd like to see play next year? saw Snoop Dogg as one of the options, what would we all think if he appeared on the lineup?

Personally I think it'd be a bit of fun but wouldn't fit the festival

To ease all worries about weather

Been seeing a lot of posts on here and Facebook about how it's going to be horrendously wet, I myself fell victim to this thinking in the past
but do not fret
it looks like it's only due to rain a little bit on the Wednesday morning and Thursday morning!

What's with the ban on portable speakers in the campsites?

Some of my favourite memories from previous years are that first drink after setting up your tent and blasting music, everyone was always really respectful about it that I met

Food stage dedicated to Ozzy!

While not an arena stage like many of us wanted, it is still wonderful to see him being honoured in some way!

I have owned this display for close to 7 months and have been using the age old, tap water and included microfiber
after doing some research and reading the manufactures page I got myself some 70% ethanol and some flat microfiber cloths (the type you'd use on glasses)
got rid of all streaks, plugged it back in, a web page flashed on screen and the first thing I noticed was how much brighter and clear the white text looked

This whole time I thought I had done something wrong with my display as it looked off compared to reviews but nope, just needed a lot of extra care
is almost like a new display now😅
