Just finished Oathbringer and something annoys me…

So I just finished Oathbringer, and it was really fantastic and I loved it, but something really annoyed me…

Szeth is known across all of Roshar as the Assassin in White who assassinated King Gavilar and several kings and princes in Jah Keved, but what really upset me was during the Battle of Thaylen City when Szeth showed up, nobody made a reaction about seeing him, NOT EVEN Dalinar who fought him multiple times and swore to avenge his brother’s assassination by killing him. Dalinar just saw him and counted him among the Knights Radiants and started giving him instructions to steal the King’s Drop, and after the Battle he was like oh i know he killed my brother and started all this war but he is now a Knight Radiant so i am gonna make him my PERSONAL GUARD…

Come on man this thing for me really destroyed a lot of things and really pissed me off

Question about Sixth of the Dusk & Isles of the Emberdark?

Guys I have a question, is it necessary to read Sixth of the Dusk before Isles of the Emberdark?

or are they just the same?

And also does it spoil things if I read one of them before the other?

Mistborn era 2 first or Rhythm of War?

Ok guys, I’ve heard that you better read all Mistborn era 2 books -except for The Lost Metal- between Oathbringer and Rhythm of War, and The Lost Metal after Rhythm of War before reading Wind and Truth.
So should I read it that way, or is it ok and possible to read it all together between Rhythm of War and Wind and Truth?

I am planning to buy Isles of the Emberdark, but I am a bit confused. Is it a big connecting book of the Cosmere that I need to read? Or is it not that connecting to the Cosmere.

'Cause I've never seen anyone talk about it or put it on the reading table
