I have just purchased and received an Everfrost 2 40L as part of the recent prime day promotions. It came with a 60w solar panel and the road trip kit. All rather impressive. However I have received it all and there was no battery included. My order still shows as partially shipped but its not clear what is outstanding as the order was essentially for three items mentioned.

I have reached out to Customer Support and they replied very quickly and confirmed I should have a battery and I should check all the packaging. I confirmed there definitely not one included but they have not yet replied.

Has anyone any experience of this happening? Is the battery shipped separately?

Update: Battery has been dispatched and is with Fedex. I have given Anker Customer Support some feedback on their shocking order screen thats not made this whole process any easier by listing all tracking numbers under the free solar panel item or even showing a battery as a separate item on the order screen to know one was to be received still.

Has anyone had their end of day First Bus payment decline after using tap on/tap off? 

Mine did from Tuesday despite having money in my account. The strange thing was on my Google Wallet I also got a refund for the same amount (£4.80) later on Wednesday (yesterday).  No monies or transactions actually appears in my bank account.

According to the First Bus site it says they will try and take payment and until the payment is resolved the card will be blocked. No payment has come put and nothing is showing as pending on my bank account. I have not contacted First Bus yet.

I just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and if so, how it was resolved.

UPDATE: As per the comments. Called them and I do not owe them anything which seems strange as no money has left my account.
