Everfrost 2 battery - missing from order
I have just purchased and received an Everfrost 2 40L as part of the recent prime day promotions. It came with a 60w solar panel and the road trip kit. All rather impressive. However I have received it all and there was no battery included. My order still shows as partially shipped but its not clear what is outstanding as the order was essentially for three items mentioned.
I have reached out to Customer Support and they replied very quickly and confirmed I should have a battery and I should check all the packaging. I confirmed there definitely not one included but they have not yet replied.
Has anyone any experience of this happening? Is the battery shipped separately?

Update: Battery has been dispatched and is with Fedex. I have given Anker Customer Support some feedback on their shocking order screen thats not made this whole process any easier by listing all tracking numbers under the free solar panel item or even showing a battery as a separate item on the order screen to know one was to be received still.
