Shock help on old Radicator

I found my old ‘89 Radicator from my childhood while cleaning out my parents attic. Set about cleaning and rebuilding the shocks when I ran into a problem on the 4th and final shock. The oil damper will no longer keep the snap ring in place holding the washers in. I can’t find the replacement part # 1760 anywhere and so was looking for just a newer whole shock that would fit this old machine. Would the 5862 Big Bore Shock Set plug right in or can anyone recommend another option?

A little hoard from my childhood unearthed

While cleaning out my parents attic I stumbled upon a box of my old miniatures. I was under the impression everything had been sold off or given away long ago but it seems a box survived. Spent some time today going through and organizing and trying to catalogue what remained. Essentially everything is full and complete with no missing pieces (the poor Balrog seems to have lost a horn) which is kind of staggering. Still working on the circled items. Anyways found this sub and thought some of you might appreciate these old relics.
